Activities

TREKKING:

Through trekking we can learn to better appreciate and respect the mountain environment.  Walking is a means through which to discover our heritage, traditions and culture and one which brings us closer to nature.  In the mountains we feel energized and healthy and we become conscious of the natural environment and its wealth.  There is something for everyone, from family strolls to more challenging treks.  You discover pure, fresh air, unspoilt areas, silence, vitality and much more.

ADVENTURE CIRCUITS:

The adventure circuits, also known as tree-top acrobatics, are circuits prepared and adapted with utmost security to enable people to move from tree to tree a few metres above the ground.  The routes include balancing on Tibetan bridges, whizzing down zip wires or swinging from tree to tree on a rope.  Naturally, all safety precautions are taken.  They are fun, natural and sporty circuits.  They offer entertainment and sensations that can be shared with family and friends.

CLIMBING:

Climbing is a fun sport which can be practiced to a high level.  The aim is to progress up a vertical surface using hands and feet on an artificial wall, a cliff or a wall.  Climbing is a sport in which everyone, from a complete beginner to a highly experienced climber, can experience and enjoy thrilling sensations and challenges in natural surroundings.

VIA FERRATAS:

As an alternative activity to discover the mountains, a via ferrata is between hiking and climbing. An itinerary is followed using cables, rung steps and footbridges.  Thus, we can enjoy the vertical sensations without being experienced climbers.  It allows progressive access to voids, verticality and sheer walls and offers the opportunity to discover mountaineering sensations.  It is, however, important to always follow the rules of progression and to use the specific material.

GUARANTEED ADRENALIN.

CANYONING:

Canyoning is an activity which combines the water element and verticality.  Jumps, slides, swimming, waterfalls, absailing are just some of the ways used to descend narrow valleys, in abrupt gorges with vertical walls with occasional overhangs.  Despite being a fun activity with seemingly easy access, canyoning requires technique and equipment.  It is a sport in which the safety rules must be adhered to and a sound familiarity with the use of the specific material and the suitable progression techniques is essential. A sensational, entertaining and sporty activity as long as it is carried out with suitable experience and familiarity with the environment and techniques.

SNOWSHOEING:

Snowshoeing is the most accessible approach for everyone to the mountains in winter.  Snowshoeing is means for children to access the natural environment and play in the snow.  It is a superb way to enjoy the snow and to discover nature in winter and the feeling of untouched wilderness. However, as with all mountain activities, it is essential to be aware of and follow the rules.
